The firm was in an Arbitration matter between FAAN vs. SANDERTON VENTURES. Mr. Olufon sat as a member of the Arbitration Panel whilst Mr. Omole was the Registrar of the Panel. Furthermore, the firm concluded mediation between Julius Berger Nigeria Plc and Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited at the Lagos Multidoor Court House.
